Tom Johnson, in partnership with Bob and Dianna, opened the Leawood location June 4, 2002. Tom is Bob's brother and has been in the hospitality industry for 30 plus years. With degrees in Economics and Government, he has worked with many industry leaders such as Rich Melman and  Lettuce Entertain You. From 1991-2001 Tom was Managing Director of Culinary Concepts Ltd.,  a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards Inc. and creator of Crayola Cafe.
